The 'We're In This Together' program at Costco is a campaign designed to help employees thrive mentally, financially and physically. As a multi-front effort, we built in layers of employee touchpoints including a wellbeing podcast, healthy recipes, testimonial videos, and team challenges. Wrapping it all into one hub, we created a digital destination that translated to a cohesive, uplifting experience for employees.

After a challenging cardiovascular journey, our Founder + CEO developed an app dedicated to women’s heart heath. Kora’s mission is to be a single source of truth for female specific cardiovascular conditions, symptoms, and doctors. This first of its kind resource will enable women to receive the swift and empathic care missing from Nina’s own experience.

Quell Foundation
Every story that Quell shares moves us closer to normalizing the conversation around mental health. As an organization dedicated to promoting open, judgment-free dialogue about mental health issues, the Quell Foundation found a partner with purpose in MOD. To deliver this message of acceptance in a people-driven, user-friendly way, MOD established Quell’s web presence by designing, developing, and maintaining their site. The site centers the spotlight on shared stories and on Lift the Mask, a feature-length, MOD-crafted documentary film that provides a rare, intimate glimpse into the personal stories of those living with mental illness.
